A Land Loan is a good choice if you’ve found the lot but aren’t ready to begin construction.
Land Loan Features:
Minimum 10 to 20% down payment.
2 or 5 year loan-term options, both with long term amortization schedules, are available.
Land Loans must be less than 40 acres.
Qualifying loan amounts up $1,000,000.
